Our neighbour at the the Fjord Farm have a new restaurant only a stones throw from Svingen. The restaurant has an à la carte menu rooted in Norwegian traditions and built around ingredients from the fjord, the orchard, and nearby farms.

Chef Toni and the team work with local meats, fresh seafood, and seasonal produce to create simple, honest food with a modern touch.
