New Restaurant
For summer 2026 the Fjord Farm team has opened a new restaurant, offering an à la carte menu that celebrates Norwegian traditions. Expect local meats, fresh seafood, and seasonal produce, all sourced from the fjord, orchard, and nearby farms—simple, honest food with a modern twist.
